Sitemap Generator Software
One of the most important parts of SEO work is having a good, up-to-date sitemap that you can send to search engines on a regular basis. I have been using XML-Sitemaps.com‘s unlimited XML, Text, HTML sitemap generator for about a year now. It is a very sturdy program that just runs through my cron jobs nightly without any issues at all, ever. Once you set up the configuration on how you want your sitemap, the program just runs flawlessly, spitting out nicely formatted sitemaps.

12. The script collects all generated sitemaps details and provides the log changes in it, including the number (and the lists) of added and removed pages.
13. The broken links are detected by the application and reported on the special page, providing also the URLs pages that refer to these bad links.
The unlimited generator is only $19.99 and can be used on all of your sites, no limitations on how many times you can install it. The program runs a PHP script right on your web server where you host your site.
They offer a free online sitemap generator for those that may just want to create one for their own personal site. The free online sitemap generator will only index 500 pages.

Selling A Domain Name
I have been in talks with a few people over the past month and a half about possibly selling one of my domain names. It apparently caught their eye and they contacted me. I then evaluated the domain and found out its worth almost as much as a new car, which excited me. I haven’t sold any domain names before, but the process is very long drawn out. I have received very little response lately after the initial hype that fell through due to its high value. Its a little depressing to know you have something worth so much but yet you can’t sell it.
