I have been in talks with a few people over the past month and a half about possibly selling one of my domain names. It apparently caught their eye and they contacted me. I then evaluated the domain and found out its worth almost as much as a new car, which excited me. I haven’t sold any domain names before, but the process is very long drawn out. I have received very little response lately after the initial hype that fell through due to its high value. Its a little depressing to know you have something worth so much but yet you can’t sell it.

I had some free time last night and was able to finish this one up. Hope y’all like it. Great store to shop for candles, scented oils, and air fresheners to make your place smell great.

Apparently for a reason that has yet to be told to me my server was down for 8+ hours today. I have never been so frustrated before. I asked many times and never received and answer besides “hardware issue” which annoys me even more. I mean don’t they have a fail-over routine or and sort of BDR device. No reason why if it was going to be 8 hours and I complained as many times as I did that I couldn’t have been moved to another server temporarily. True more work for them, but that’s what I pay for.

I apologize to all my customers and viewers out there, this was beyond my control.

So after all this, as soon as my plan comes up for renewal say bu-bye to this host. This was the last straw.

It has been only a few months since some of these sites have been up and there has been a very strong increase in traffic lately. I made a few tweaks a week ago and they are really paying off. Google Ads revenue is pretty consistent these days. Traffic data shows the two link directories www.linkdir.us and www.articleweb.us are getting anywhere from 50-100 unique visitors each day, not too shabby for only having them up for about 2 months now.

I think I made my first sale out of the then Amazon affiliate stores I have out there. My reports show two items ordered on www.web-market.us, but I have yet to see the commission to know the sale was final. I guess I have to wait for the person to ship the item first. That will be another post if/when it happens.

My goal is to get another site out there in the next few days. Time is short lately with classes picking back up but I am trying to stick to my plan of getting many more sites done.
